On Time Build was approached to undertake the refurbishment of a ground floor flat, a rear extension and a loft conversion. The property is a semi-detached house in Twickenham, South West London.

The scope of the works included re-servicing and redecorating on the rear part of the ground floor, the extension of the loft, as well as minor layout alterations and full redecoration.

The new extension included a series of new glazing, a new skylight and a new generous kitchen and living area.
