Wix's Lane

On Time Build was approached by a Client a couple of years ago to undertake the refurbishment of a first floor flat and the conversion of a loft. The property is set within a semi-detached house in Clapham, South West London.

The scope of the works included re-servicing and redecorating on the first floor, as well as some minor layout alterations.

 

The loft was extended to create space of a new bedroom and a bathroom. The staircase between was reconstructed and a series of skylights were incorporated into the design.
