Westbeech Road

On Time Build was approached to undertake the refurbishment of a ground floor flat and extend the kitchen towards the garden. The property is set within a semi-detached house in Enfield, North London.

The scope of the works included re-servicing and redecorating on the rear part of the ground floor, as well as some minor layout alterations.

The new extension included a new glazed extension, with new metal doors and a new generous kitchen and living area. 

​

New stone paving and some minor landscaping were also incorporated into the build.
