On Time Build was approached to undertake the refurbishment of a basement flat by a private Client. The property is a semi-detached house in Enfield, North London.

The scope of the works included the underpinning of an existing cellar, as well as the extension of the basement  to allow space for new living spaces and a gym rooms.
