Northbourne Place

On Time Build was approached to undertake an extensive loft conversion by a private Client. The property is set within a detached house in Bromley, South East London.

The scope of the works included restructuring of the roof, renewing the roof tiles, adding a series of velux, dormer windows, a juliette balcony and a new staircase with a glass banister.

The new loft extension was completely reserviced, and space for a bathroom and a bedroom was created.
